Event Information and Tickets
The following are the terms and conditions under
which MOIndian.com is providing the ticketing service and under
which this website is to be used.
- MOIndian.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams,
bands and venues which means MOIndian.com does not set the
ticket prices or determine seating locations. All ticket sales are
final and no exchanges or refunds are allowed after a purchase has
been made. Where tickets are mailed to the Subscriber, neither the
client nor MOIndian.com will replace lost, stolen, damaged or
destroyed tickets. Occasionally, events are
cancelled, delayed or postponed by the promoter, team, performer
or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled,
delayed or postponed for any reason please contact the organizer
for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or
rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.
MOIndian.com assumes no responsibility for such refunds and
processes refunds only as instructed by the event organizer.
MOIndian.com will send a confirmation of the order for
tickets via email to the subscriber upon successful processing of
the order. It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to ensure
that the email address provided is correct and accurate.
5. Business Listing and Advertisement /Add your Business
Listing
- We reserve the right to deny/edit any listings. It can take from
45 to 180 days to activate any free listings.
- MOIndian.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR
OMISSIONS. IT it your responsibility to verify your information
and notify MOIndian.com to make any corrections. We will
try to correct the information as soon as possible for us.
- MOIndian.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY REVENUES DUE TO
ADVERTISING. AD ONCE PUBLISHED CANNOT BE REMOVED. MONEY IS
NON-REFUNDABLE
6. Rate and Review a Business
If you review a business negatively then we reserve the right to
ask your for your phone number so that we can verify the validity of
the review. We might also contact the business to resolve the
issue with you. In case you refuse to provide your phone number, we might not be able to post the review on our site.
7. Business/Classified/Event Listings:
For business/classified/event listings, we reserve the right to modify/delete content if its a voilation of our policies.
8. Using MOIndian.com Services
This Section covers the terms under which various
MOIndian.com services. While using MOIndian.com services, you
