You can use money2india. Its exchange rates are not very great. But its very easy to setup and you can transfer within days (quickly). http://money2india.com. If you dont have any bank account in india, then you can try WesternUnion. They are a lot expensive though. With ICICI you can link any US account to a Indian bank account and transfer.Note: You dont need to have a ICICI Bank account in india.
